This website is operated by MARCIANINY. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to MARCIANINY. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. PRINT-ON-DEMAND & ORDER PROCESSING
All items offered on marcianiny.com are produced on demand upon order confirmation. By placing an order, you acknowledge that manufacturing commences automatically. Because each garment is custom-printed, modifications or cancellations must be submitted within two (2) hours of checkout.

2. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. MARCIANINY is not liable for orders misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Reshipment fees for returned packages due to invalid addresses will be the customer's responsibility.

3. PRICING AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notification. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for price modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All graphic designs, artwork, typography, logos, brand names, visual mockups, and digital content displayed on marcianiny.com are the exclusive intellectual property of MARCIANINY. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use of our designs or visual assets is strictly prohibited.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall MARCIANINY, its owners, or fulfillment partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or wearing of any products procured using the Service.

6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
