REFUND & RETURN POLICY — MARCIANINY

All MARCIANINY products are custom-printed and manufactured on demand once an order is placed. Because each item is made specifically for you, all sales are final.

DAMAGED OR MISPRINTED ITEMS (REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE):
We stand behind the quality of our heavyweight garments. If your item arrives with a print defect, fabric damage, or an incorrect item was delivered:
1. Contact us at marcianinyoriginal@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your package.
2. Include your Order Number and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
3. Once verified, a replacement item will be printed and shipped to you at zero additional cost. You do not need to return the defective garment.

SIZE EXCHANGES & BUYER'S REMORSE:
Because inventory is not warehoused, we cannot accept returns or process exchanges due to ordering the incorrect size, fit preferences, or change of mind. Please consult our detailed Size Chart on each product page prior to placing your order.

CANCELLATIONS:
Orders enter automated fulfillment shortly after placement. Cancellations or address modifications must be requested within 2 hours of purchase.
